is pleased to announce its annual High School Essay Contest
As a mandated element of the Annual International Achievement Week Observance 

1st Place: $1000
2nd Place: $500
3rd Place: $250

1st place winner will also be eligible for the essay to be submitted to the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, inc.
International High School Essay Contest.

Essay Deadline: October 7, 2022

A world crisis has caused a paradigm shift for health disparities and social justice; what are your suggestions for positive change?

Eligibility & Rules: The Contest is open to all college-bound, high school seniors who submit an essay application by clicking the button below. The essay must be original and neither previously published nor secured by copyright. The essay must be between 700 and 750 words in length. The type-written, double-spaced essay may be submitted via postal service or email in Microsoft Word.

Submission Process: Send your Essay, Cover Page, and application to:

All submissions will be reviewed by Omega Lambda Lambda Chapter. Submissions will not be accepted after October 7, 2022. Be sure your essay includes a Cover Page.  Your Cover Page should include the following:

This Fall fundraiser empowers several outreach programs associated with our chapter and communities served. Hosted by The Hendersonville Ques and The 2005 Foundation, the evening is proven to provide you an assortment of imaginative costumes, tasty quisine, refreshing spirits and good times. Music powered by Kenny Smoov of the Kenny Smoov Morning Show. Reserved seating packages are available. Complimentary garage parking included with ticket purchase.
